THE FOREWORD

I was delighted when top radio DJ/presenter, ALEX LESTER offered to write the forward for my book - it is included on page 11 but unfortunately Alex is not credited. FYI he is now broadcasting on GREATEST HITS RADIO having been presenting on various regional stations since leaving BBC RADIO 2.

 I was a regular guest on his Friday afternoon show on BBC OXFORD when I had the opportunity to tell some of my stories live on air.
